At worst, pick one thing and do it right now! \u00a0Then\u2026 do another. \u00a0Repeat as often as possible. The goal is to incorporate activities like these into your schedule on a consistent basis.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Let\u2019s just dive in.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Here is a list of 25 things you can do to increase your productivity to grow your Real Estate Business. \u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>1.<\/strong>\u00a0Hand out <strong>5 business cards today<\/strong>. Carry them with you at all times. \u00a0When you hand one out, ask for one in return and then follow up<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a02.\u00a0Go\u00a0<strong><a class=\"rank-math-link\" href=\"http:\/\/settledownphiladelphia.com\/fake-it-till-you-make-it\/\">preview a property<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>3.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Call a past client<\/strong> just to say hello.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>4.\u00a0Tweet or post on FB<\/strong> a good experience you recently had with a local business. Link to their page or tag them in your post.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>5.<\/strong>\u00a0Change up your <strong>routine<\/strong> today. Do one thing differently. Turn a different corner, rearrange your desk, wear your hair differently\u2026. It is good for your brain.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>6.<\/strong>\u00a0Arrange to go <strong>volunteer<\/strong> somewhere that matters to you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>7.<\/strong>\u00a0Just for the Hell of it, send a <strong>referral<\/strong> to someone. Do not expect anything in return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>8.<\/strong>\u00a0Suggest <strong>a book<\/strong> to someone. It is a great conversation starter and a way to connect with someone you haven\u2019t talked to in a while. And then maybe they will suggest one to you and make your world a little bigger.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>9.\u00a0<\/strong>Call a <strong>handmade\u00a0<em>for rent<\/em>\u00a0sign<\/strong> to see if you can help the owner somehow. Ask what they need before you tell them what you can offer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>10.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Ask an agent<\/strong> in your office if you can promote one of their listings. It will help them get exposure while generating buyer leads for you. Win\/Win<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>11.<\/strong>\u00a0Go to an <strong>open house<\/strong>. Watch the agent. Learn at least one thing to copy, and one thing to never do.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>12.<\/strong>\u00a0Organize one drawer, closet or shelf. Clean out your car. Clear space to get yourself moving. If you really want to get creative, substitute the coffee with cocktails.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>14.<\/strong>\u00a0Add <strong>25 facebook friends<\/strong> and comment on one of their posts. \u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>15.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Go on Eventbrite or meetups<\/strong> and schedule one activity for this week. Get away from your computer and out into the world. Have fun. Talk to people. Make sure to bring your cards.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>16.<\/strong>\u00a0Reach out to your local neighborhood group and see how you can help. Remember, life happens outside the house. <strong>Get involved.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>17.<\/strong>\u00a0Add <strong>5 people<\/strong> to your MLS contact list or CRM.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>18.<\/strong>\u00a0Ask for <strong>5 people\u2019s cards<\/strong> today, then contact them. It does not have to be about real estate. Just go meet people.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>19.<\/strong>\u00a0Listen to a motivational or <strong>business podcast<\/strong>. Wear headphones and do it out of the house. Even if you aren\u2019t talking to anyone, you are at least not in front of your computer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>20.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Schedule<\/strong> to hold an\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/settledownphiladelphia.com\/work-that-open\/\">open house<\/a>. Ask an agent in your office if you can do one for them if you don\u2019t have any listings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>21.\u00a0<\/strong>Call an <strong>expired listing<\/strong> and offer to provide an analysis of why it didn\u2019t sell. \u00a0Wondering how to get their phone number? Call the previous listing agent and offer a referral fee if they help you contact the owner. Get the listing and get it sold and the original agent gets a fee. Win\/Win\/Win<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>22.<\/strong>\u00a0Invite a successful agent out for coffee, or offer to help out for free so you can model behavior. <strong>Surround yourself with successful people.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>23.<\/strong>\u00a0Update all of your <strong>online profiles and signatures.<\/strong> Make sure they are accurate, fresh and complete. Add links to your social media.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>24.<\/strong>\u00a0Sign up for a <strong>class or a seminar<\/strong>. Commit to learning and see how it opens doors. Then go through them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u00a0<strong>25.<\/strong>\u00a0Make a schedule for tomorrow and include at least 5 items from this list.
